from 09.00 registration in the Bergamas room in Gradisca d'Isonzo (GO), in via Bergamas, to 21.00 behind the Caffè Centrale; in the afternoon, 4x4 parking lineup; from 14.00 collateral program by reservation via email to info@gfi4x4.it by 11/28/2019.
Sunday 8 December 2019 (rally and off-road route)
from 07.00 meeting of the participants in Gradisca d'Isonzo (GO) in Piazza Unità to 10.30 and registration at the Bergamas Room in via Bergamas;
starting at 07.00 breakfast offered to participants near the start gate 08.00 inaugural ribbon cutting of the event 08.30 official departure at 20 second intervals between each vehicle, with the farewell given by Miss Friuli Venezia Giulia 2019.
In the square, before leaving, engines are to remain turned off to limit pollution.
Participants will be offered two courses:
• tourist, indicated on the white sheets of the road book, without particular difficulties, suitable for all 4x4 off-road vehicles standard and sport utility;
• challenging, indicated on the yellow sheets of the road book, suitable for all standard 4x4 off-road vehicles but not recommended for sport utility vehicles. Along both routes some free variants of a more demanding level will be optional, indicated on different colored sheets of the road book (access based on the unquestionable judgment of the organization and indicated only to expert pilots in off-road driving).
The challenging off-road sections, for safety and organizational reasons, will be open at a specific time, beyond which assistance will not be guaranteed. Participants are required to maintain a type of guidance provided in the circumstances of time and place. Possibility to participant in 4x4 trial tests indicated in the collateral programs.
There will be 4-5 refreshment stops made available along the route.
from 16.30 return of vehicles to Gradisca d'Isonzo (GO), with return of Road Books and delivery of participation plaques to all participants. Proper parking of 4x4s is strongly required.
At 18.30 awards ceremony in the Bergamas room, with awards to the most representative clubs and the best placings in the "4x4 tests".
The participants will be responsible to personally and independently decided on the feasibility and safety of the tracks indicated in the road book; the drivers must approach all trails with prudence and only inline with their alleged capacity, and in every respect, are responsible for the crew and for the operation of the vehicle.
The organization does not impose any obligation. Only the routes indicated by the road book (which are easy to read) are approved for transit, and exceptionally, only to the participants of the event. There are no scheduled times set to complete the route. The tracks, accessible to all 4x4s, are widened in the narrowest parts, cleaned by branches and bushes in order to avoid scratches and damage to the bodywork. According to the authorizations issued, vehicles over 35q and vehicle Quads are not allowed to participate in the event. It is not mandatory, but we recommend the presence on board of tow ropes and safety gear. The number plates should be prominently visible and well attached.
Participation costs per vehicle, whatever the number of crew members and including all 4-5 refreshment stops:
• €170.00 per crew, whatever the number of its members; • a reduction for G.F.I. members for the year 2019. Fee to be paid at the registration desk where, in addition to cash payment, availability is provided for payment by POS enabled cards, and Visa, Master Card credit cards.
No pre-enrollment payments are required, but confirmation of adhesion to the event with a simple mail to info@gfi4x4.it are welcome in order to be able to be kept informed of any organizational developments and/or program changes, above all in case of postponement. For each participating vehicle there will be a souvenir plaque, a diploma with photos and information to receive the official video of the event. The participant is required to confirm via e-mail or consult the sites on the regular course of the event. To get to Gradisca d'Isonzo (GORIZIA NORTH-EAST ITALY), from the Venice-Trieste motorway, exit at Gorizia-Villesse and follow the signs for Villesse and then Gradisca.
